McClellan Development Authority (MDA) Request for Proposal for 40 Acre Residential Site – RFP

This Request for Proposal is for the purchase and development of housing in a residential section of McClellan property that lies between Coxwell Avenue and Ossington Avenue.

Proposals must be submitted by Friday, November 12, 2021 by 4:00 p.m. CST. The goal of the MDA is to select a respondent within 30 days of Proposal submissions, with a contract following within 60 days. Redevelopment activity must begin within six months of the contract date.
