The goal of the McClellan Development Authority is to develop a benchmark mixed use community that attracts new businesses and well-paying jobs .  Plans are underway for the development of over 350 greenfield acres into an upscale commerce park, complete with necessary transportation arteries, infrastructure and site plans.  In addition, properties are available in our Town Center, Technology/Reseach, and Historic Buckner Districts that are able to accommodate a wide variety of business enterprises.
